Who we are

Larchwire is a small AI consultancy based in the UK. For this website, we are the controller of the personal data you give us. Contact: hello@larchwire.com.

What we collect

When you request a free AI audit or email us, we collect the details you choose to share: usually your name, work email, company, website, industry, team size, the tools you use and what you tell us about your work. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, prepare for and arrange your call, and follow up about the work you asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run this website and our email (for example, website hosting and our email provider), who process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them, normally within 24 months of our last contact unless we're legally required to keep them longer.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email hello@larchwire.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
